You should empty one of the four sachets into the empty bottle included in the kit. Add 60ml of warm water (there is a black measure mark on the bottle to show you), then shake the water-powder mix for 30 seconds and squeeze it all over your scalp, massaging it throughout your hair. Leave the treatment for 5 minutes, rinse and shampoo as usual.
