BodyBeads For Hot Therapy: Place the compress in the microwave. Heat for the recommended time (refer to the user manual for specific heating times). Test the temperature of the compress on your wrist before applying it to your eyes. Place the warm compress over your closed eyes and relax for 10-15 minutes. For Cold Therapy: Place the compress in a sealed plastic bag. Cool it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Remove the compress from the plastic bag. Place the cold compress over your closed eyes for 10-15 minutes.Safety WarningDo not overheat the compress in the microwave as it may cause burns or damage.
